This powerful feature is designed to let you project your budget for maintenance, when we say budget, we not only talk about money, but also time for coordinating with contractor services, logistic department, providers and all the elements that contributes for executing the maintenance.

For this feature to work, you select the asset view, and then the “Almost Due maintenance” view. The shown dialog is the one the let you project maintenance in one step. Just indicate how close should be the maintenance, this value can range from cero percent up to one hundred percent. What does it means? For example, if you indicate a 40% percent and click OK, the software will calculate and select assets with scheduling maintenance that are 40% or more. This value is very easy to understand since the software show you a progress bar for each shown asset. This progress bar will warn you how close is the maintenance in a visual way.

When equipment has more than one task scheduled and only one of them are within the specified range or percent, the asset will be shown in the result list anyway, because one of its scheduling is 40% or more close to the limit value for maintenance.

Another way of projecting maintenance is using the simulation view. The simulation view will set the current date of readyAsset to the date that you want to project, this way you will have a view of how many maintenance will be due on that date. After that you can set the normal view again.
